Used copy background then selected the romantic part then hit inverse then after that went to gaussin blur and tada all done :D

I edited her eyes, and hair and she was just a fun bland cartoon thing that i saw on Weheartit.

We had to grayscale the photo then take the eraser tool and add pops of color. Photoshop is very easy but unless your coming from gimp or other Photo editors this will be tough. I find it fun and easy that you could achieve so much with just one picture and being able to not surpass and over crowd a picture all in one, You are the master of your own picture and are free with whatever you do with the picture and being able to allow the creative flows reach for the sky. This is why i love photohop and I find it so enjoyable and realaxing. This is what im passionate about and what i want to do.
